28th AIRAANZ Conference

 

INTRODUCTION

  • You are about to register online for the 28th AIRAANZ Conference which is being held in Melbourne, Victoria 5 - 7 February 2014. Please take time to read the following Terms & Conditions before commencing your registration.

     

    Terms & Conditions

    1.    All correspondence is by email unless you specifically request us to send your information by post. Please ensure that you use a valid email address when completing the form.

    2.    Please use sentence case when completing the form.

    3.    Include the area code with all telephone and fax numbers.

    4.    If you do not intend to come to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening or the Social Drinks on Thursday evening, please ensure you tick the appropriate boxes so that we do not over cater.

    5.    When you press the ‘submit registration’ button a screen will open to confirm that your details have been sent. In addition, a confirmation email will be forwarded to you within 2 business days confirming your registration details. Should you not receive this email please contact the Conference Secretariat immediately as it is possible that your information has not been received.

    6.    PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION: On completion of payment online a TAX invoice will be emailed to you.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 30 November 2013 will receive a refund less an administration fee of $100.00. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate may be submitted. You may wish to take out insurance to cover forced cancellation.

      Full Registration
      includes access to the program on 5, 6, 7 February Including welcome reception on Wednesday and social night out Thursday, catering as indicated on the program and Conference kit.
      Rates are GST inclusive.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

  • The conference dinner is an optional social event and includes 3 course dinner, beverages and entertainment. A great way to conclude the conference with delegates and friends. Tickets are $110 each per person. Please choose the number of tickets you require on the following page.
