Arnold Strength Summit!

Run in conjunction with the Arnold Sports Festival Australia, it’s your chance to hear and interact with four of the foremost authorities on lifting, injury prevention and rehabilitation!

Join Eddie Hall, Ed Coan, Jordan Shallow, Andrew Lock and MC Mark Ottobre, as they lead you through the theory, practice and unique insights into the secrets of gaining strength, and in particular – an in-depth breakdown of the three key power lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

If you have any interest in the science, technique, injury rehabilitation and fundamental requirements of lifting heavy – then this is a unique opportunity not to be missed!

Key Speakers:

Eddie Hall

Eddie began his sport career as a swimmer, and was an age-group national champion between ages 11-15 in England. However, as he grew older, and substantially larger, he gave up the pool for barbells.

He began bodybuilding at age 16, and then, at age 20, he began training and competing in Strongman. Two years later he won England’s Strongest Man (2010) and then, at only 23 years of age, in 2011, he won UK’s Strongest Man as well. Hall is the youngest man to have held the prestigious UK title.

In 2012 he was invited to participate in the TWI World’s Strongest Man contest for the first time and finished fourth in his heat. In 2014, when he was invited back, he did far better and finished sixth overall.

He then went on to set the Strongman Deadlift World Record in 2016 and win the World’s Strongest Man in 2017. Hall is known for his tremendous overhead pressing ability and his deadlifting strength.

Ed Coan

Ed Coan is widely regarded as the greatest powerlifter of all time. He has set over 71 world records in powerlifting and became the lightest person to cross the 2,400 lb. barrier in the powerlifting total (a sum of three lifts: the deadlift, bench, and squat). He set an all-time powerlifting record total at 2,463 pounds, even though at the time he was not in the heaviest weight class.
