About Lost Arts Series: Make Your Own Butter, Buttermilk & Cheese

Join Naomi from King Valley Dairy as she demystifies the age-old art of butter, buttermilk and cheese making. Using fresh cream straight from the cow, learn the process of traditional cultured butter using the natural fermentation process, make cheese with buttermilk, and take home the recipes to enjoy every day.

Ticket includes all equipment, materials, recipe/information sheet & a coffee or tea and biscuit on arrival. Some events may require shared equipment.
