Everyone thinks risotto and gnocchi are difficult to make, don't they? We disagree.
In this class you will learn how to make delicious risotto, and then we'll move on to making some of risotto's tasty off-spring, like Sicilian arancini and Roman suppli.
Gnocchi comes in many forms - simple light dumplings, more sophisticated Tuscan gnudi (naked pasta!) with chestnuts and even filled gnocchi.
From just a few basic ingredients you'll end up with many different and tasty dishes you can share with your family.
Lunch included.
