Tuscan food is based on “cucina povera” or “poor cooking” dating from times when food was scarce and the only ingredients available were grown in the garden and gathered from fields.
Presented by renowned award-winning local chef Patrizia Simone from Bright, enjoy this fun, hands-on cooking class and lunch.
These dishes are tasty and uncomplicated - we’ll make pappa al pomodoro, zucchini flowers and draw on other produce from the kitchen garden.
