Central Coast Heart is pleased to present its 2019 open coaching sessions to provide local coaches with a behind the scenes look at an elite training environment.

On Monday 27 May between 5.30pm-9.00pm we will be running an open coaching session at the Adventist School at Erina.

On the night Central Coast Heart Under 23s will be training from 5.30pm-8.00pm and the Opens will be training from 6.30pm-9.00pm.

The cost for this event is $10 and this includes training plans that can be put into practice at your next session. Proceeds will support the Central Coast Heart pathway from grass roots to elite netball for local players, coaches and officials.

Come along for this unique opportunity to interact with our Central Coast Heart coaches at the final training session prior to the commencement of the Premier League regular season.
