We look forward to seeing you all at our first movie production!

The Cornish College Year 4-6 Production of Alice – A Short Film is on its way! With over 6 months of training, planning, creating and making - filming is complete, the songs have been recorded and the film is with the editor!

Screenings will be held on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 September. We will be offering two evening screenings and an after school ‘matinee’ screening. The film will run for approximately one hour.

As part of our screening celebrations the Parents’ Association will be hosting Mad Hatters’ Tea Parties prior to the Thursday and Friday evening events with tea party food for sale. This will be held on the decking outside the gym from 6.00 – 6.45pm on Thursday evening, and from 5.15pm to 6.45pm on Friday evening, catering for both screenings.

Choc tops and popcorn will be on sale prior to the matinee on the Friday afternoon.

We also encourage students (and parents) to come along dressed in the theme of ‘Alice In Wonderland’ – prizes will be awarded for best dressed at the end of each screening.

Please note that seating is a ‘first in best dressed’ allocation. Cushions will be located at the front of the screen, followed by seating. Children seated at the front must be supervised at all times by parents.
