Often referred to as “a typical Aussie bloke”, comedian Dave Hughes is an unusual success story.

From working-class roots, the university drop-out and former abattoir worker has risen to become one of Australia’s most popular and successful stand-up comedians.

His honesty and laconic humour led to several long-term hosting roles on television and radio, most recently on KIIS and MIX FM Drive nationally, and Channel Nine’s AFL Footy Show.

However, in 2014, Hughesy returned to his first love – stand-up comedy – and his is the hottest comedy act touring nationally and internationally.

TICKETING & ENTRY CONDITIONS:

- All patrons must have a valid ticket to access the event.

- All students ticket holders must present student ID on entry

- MA 15+ Restricted – Under 15s must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

- All persons wishing to purchase alcohol must present ID on request. 

- Every person entering the event will receive a wristband if this wristband is removed for any reason you will be removed from the event. 

What items can’t be brought into this event:

- No BYO Alcohol. This is a licensed event and alcohol and a variety of non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 

- No outside food is to be brought into the venue. 

- Professional cameras (including SLR's & any camera with a removable lens) and sound and video recording equipment. 

- Security and event personnel may request to inspect any bags brought to the venue 

- The Event organisers do not take any responsibility for confiscated items.  

FAQ's:

Is there an ATM and EFTPOS at the event?

There will be ATM at the event. Eftpos facilities are available at Don’s Tavern.

Are you allowed to leave and come back? 

Any person over 16 is free to enter and exit the venue as you please as long as your wristband stays intact.

What if it rains? 

If it does rain the show will go ahead.

Can lost tickets be replaced? 

No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. While obviously we sympathize with you if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable. 

Can I get a refund or Exchange?

No, there will be no full or partial refunds on purchased tickets. If you are asked to leave the event for any reason or you choose to leave for any reason you will not be entitled to a refund.
