It’s time to get serious about Scotch whisky regions! This session sees us focus our sights on the legendary island of Islay. Lashed by the Atlantic on any given day, whiskies from this region display some of the most robust & assertive profiles in a dram. It’s where terror truly comes into play displaying sweat, salty, earthy & smoky textures all at once. After this session you will forever be repeating “Islay Be Back”.

APPROPRIATE FOR:

This tasting is appropriate for beginners through toserious appreciators. We welcome anyone aged from 18 to 80+ years of age.

• Water & light finger foods consisting of a variation of cheese, crackers, mixed nuts, dried fruits, chocolate on shared tasting boards

Bookings are non-refundable but are transferable on provision of prior notice. All attendees must be 18+ by law with ID to be shown if under 25. Proof of Castle Hill Bowls Club membership will be asked for at the event if booked as a club member.
