Applied Animal Behaviour Conference

The Australasia-Africa region of the International Society for Applied Ethology is hosting a meeting at the University of Queensland, St Lucia campus, on the 11th of November 2017.

The theme for this meeting is “Discrete affective states in animals: Behavioural evidence and validation” and we are hoping to compliment this topic with a broad range of speakers presenting the latest research concerning the behaviour of animals including livestock, wildlife and companion species.

Our keynote speaker for this event is Dr Eric Vanman of the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland whose research interests include the social neuroscience of emotion and intergroup prejudice.

For key dates and further details please click HERE. This is an open event and we would love to see a broad range of animal behaviourists and those interested in the field attend. All welcome!
