No More Boats is the latest novel from Felicity Castagna, author of the multi-award winning novel, The Incredible Here and Now. Set during the Tampa Crisis, No More Boats explores Australia’s long history of invasion anxiety through the eyes of a postwar Italian migrant whose life begins to unravel while his TV insists that the nation is being flooded, inundated and overrun by migrants.

Sudanese-born Abe Nouk was illiterate when he and his family arrived in Australia in 2004, as UN High Commission designated refugees. Now an award-winning spoken-word artist and poet, Abe talks about his first collection, Humble, and the power of language.
