About Introduction to Ecopoetics with Phillip Hall

Ecopoetry is nature and place literate.

It informs, provokes and inspires. But is it solely an activist poetry? Learn about the features of ecopoetics and its place within nature poetry more generally. ‘Wilderness’ is Post-Romanticism’s terra nullius. How do we tune ecopoetics to the priorities of postcolonialism?

Phillip Hall is a poet and educator, now based in Melbourne. His published works include Sweetened in Coals (Gininderra Press), and Fume (UWAP).
