Poppin Cork Events are curators of unforgettable experiences and we strive to create wine and food events that excite your senses.
Do you often read the back of a wine label and see words describing the wine such as pepper, berry, chocolate, and wish that you had these in front of you to taste with the wine??
We have taken the descriptive words from the back of Whicher Ridge's wine labels and handed them over to Aqua Bar's chef, Dino Protpapas, who has created a culinary treat where key character traits of the wine are integrated throughout the food.
Join us at Aqua bar with the winemaker from Whicher Ridge, Cathy Howard, and Aqua Bar chef, Dino Protopapas, who have combined forces, bringing to you - Sensory Sensation!
Date: Thursday 22nd September
Venue: Aqua Bar - Barrack St Jetty, Perth
Time: 6.30pm – 8.30pm
A wine and food experience that engages all senses and will include herbs and fruits from Whicher Ridge Winery's very own Sensory Garden, creating a 'pop up' sensory garden.
This will be a truly unique sensory and culinary experience for the wine and food lovers out there.
Six wines will be paired with six exquisite dishes. The evening will be fairly relaxed and very interactive, with all of us seated around a long communal table. Tickets are limited to 20 guests
