Coriole Winery

Celebrate the return of the warmer weather at Coriole, sprawled out on the expansive lawns, overlooking the rolling hills. We cant wait to return to festival mode after a couple of years hiatus. Join us, there will be good tunes, the wine will be flowing, and hopefully, the sun will be shining down on us.

ENTERTAINMENT

Max Savage brings a live mixtape of the very best funk, soul and blues specially curated to get hips shaking and feet tapping. With an eleven piece band primed to bring you back to vintage caramel analogue RnB make sure you bring your dancing shoes to this very special one-off event.

FOOD AND DRINK

Our menu incorporates vegan, vegetarian and GF offerings and includes Hot Dogs served in brioche buns with onion jam and salsa verde or sauerkraut and mustard, Orecchiette, tomato sugo, chilli and garlic served with parmesan and fresh herbs, Crispy potatoes, prosciutto crumb, aged cheddar and parmesan sauce and Charcoal corn on the cob served with chimichurri or spiced aioli.

Coriole’s famous Prosecco, along with Chenin blanc and Rose, the crowd favourite Sangiovese, Dancing Fig and Shiraz will all be available by the glass and bottle. Our Adelaide Hills Highfield Sauvignon blanc will also be making an appearance. A range of Pirate Life beers, and house cocktail ‘Spring Spritz’ will also be on offer.

Maxwell Wines

Spring is upon us and what better way to welcome the warmer weather than with a lavish lawn picnic at Maxwell Wines! Nestled amongst the vines overlooking the winery and rolling hills of McLaren Vale, make up for lost time as you soak in the sun and breath-taking views whilst enjoying your favourite Maxwell Wine’s with family and friends!

ENTERTAINMENT

Coming off a sold-out Fringe show, Adelaide’s own Malibu Drive is a seven-piece band that’ll be sure to get you off your picnic rug and grooving to the best jazz, funk, and pop music around. Supported by DJ Mokky, it’ll be an afternoon of great music and good vibes!

FOOD AND DRINK

Featuring the all-time best pizza this side of Italy, we’ve partnered with our good friends from Pizzateca to bring you wood-fired Neapolitan style pizzas made the traditional way. No rolling pins.

Joining Pizzateca on the Maxwell lawns is the renowned team at Daisy Burger. Featuring their 18-hour slow-cooked pulled pork and Southern Style Chicken burgers, both are a must for any burger lover or enthusiast! Local sourcing and sustainability are at the heart of everything they do. Catering for many options of dietary requirements including Vego, Vegan, GF.

We’ll be serving our range of Maxwell Mead’s, along with new vintage rosé and whites, and a selection of our award-winning reds!

Paxton Wines

Spring has sprung, and it’s time again to welcome back a McLaren Vale institution to Paxton Wines, the 2022 Spring Affair. This year’s event is going to be our biggest, boldest and brightest event yet! Relax on our extensive lawns under shady trees, take in the views, and enjoy a day of great music, and fine food and beverages.

We cannot wait to welcome you to Paxton’s stunning Landcross Farm, with its renovated Cellar Door, undercover Pavilion, and beautiful grounds, for what will be a sensational Spring Affair ‘22!

ENTERTAINMENT

Musically, we’re bringing in a cool retro   vibe in ’22 with some of Adelaide’s top entertainers. From 11.30am to 1.30pm   legendary 80s band New Romantics will be playing some of the biggest hits of   that decadent decade, and from 3.30pm to 5.30 you’ll be ‘feeling the buzz’   when fabulous party band Mr Buzzy takes the stage, playing the best of the   80s, 90s and Naughties, as well as current dance bangers. Kicking the day off   at 10.30am, and again between the bands’ performances, the one-man dancefloor   filler DJ Jaki J will be on the decks, turning up the heat with non-stop   killer tracks and interactive fun.

FOOD AND DRINK

Tasty gourmet choices abound with wood fired pizzas and doughballs by DoughBalls, South American-inspired burgers, sliders and beer-battered chips from the grill of Chimichurri, spicy Spanish paellas by Paella Bar, and OYSTAR Oystravaganza will shucking and serving the freshest oysters, with cold and hot options available … plus there’s barista coffee by Old School Coffee.

Woodstock Wines

Join us in celebrating all things Spring at Woodstock for our first ever Spring Affair! Relax amongst the gums in our lush native gardens, soaking up the Spring sunshine and enjoying live local acoustic tunes while you sip on your favourite Woodstock drops.

ENTERTAINMENT

Sit back and soak up some nostalgic tunes while you’re here – Adelaide’s own DJ Normie B will kick off the day (and the dancefloor) sharing his favourite tracks from the 60s, 70s and 80s, followed by a heels up performance by our hand-selected local acoustic artists who will be celebrating some of our favourite songs of yesteryear!

FOOD AND DRINK

We’ll be serving ice cold ‘Twiggy’ Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, a selection of new vintage Woodstock Wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Rosé and our brand new all-seasons light red, ‘Free Borough’ Grenache. We’ll also be shaking up a storm to create some incredible wine-based cocktails, including our take on Ginscato, Blackcurrant Spritz and Woodstock’s famous Espresso Muscatini. Pirate Life beers will be pouring for fans of the frothies!

Eats on the day will have something for everyone, including vegan and gluten free options. Enjoy divine dozens from Franklin Harbour Oysters, hailing from the pristine Eyre Peninsula and hand shucked to order. The pizza oven will be pumping out delicious Alsatian-style Flammekeuche, and our guys on the grill have your meat-loving needs covered with bespoke Beef & Shiraz gourmet dogs thanks to McLaren Vale’s best, Ellis Butchers. Fleurieu favourite, Salt & Pepper Squid, served with fries and housemade tartare, rounds out our SA-focused food offering.
