As summer approaches, there is one thing on our mind and that is rosé. Those subtle tones, that delicious freshness and how crisp it is keeps us wanting more and more. Luckily, there is a dedicated rosé wine event hitting Sydney, this November.

Rosé Days will be the first fair of its kind in Sydney. Enjoy tastings from Australian and international winemakers, distilleries and even breweries as we redefine the rosé experience. Make your way around the beautiful space that is The Cannery Rosebery, whilst soaking up all things rosé. From wine tasting and rosé themed food, to indoor pétanque and masterclass sessions with local wine makers, this is an event not to miss if you are a rosé aficionado.

Your ticket will give you access to samples from all alcohol exhibitors along with discounts with food vendors and across The Cannery village throughout the day. 

“We are really pulling out our special wines for this event”, says The Drink Hive’s Co-Owner, Grégoire Bertaud. “We really want to show people how diverse rosé can be. We will have a great range of wines including organic labels, wines made with little to no intervention, French as well as Australian varietals”,

The fair will have a fine selection of over 30 rosés including Château Les Mesclances, BK Wines, AIX, Logan Wines, Ricca Terra and La Belle Pierre. We are not stopping at just wine, expect some twists on the pink drinks with confirmed participation from Archie Rose, SASSY Rosé Ciders, Frenchies Brewery and some experimental blush concoctions. Three Blue Ducks will be dishing up finger lime oysters, Kingsmore Meats are serving charcuterie platters and a BBQ and Frenchies will also have their fine range of rillettes and pâtés on offer.

Rosé Days is in collaboration with The Drink Hive. Not your average bottle shop, The Drink Hive prides itself on selling products that are not easily found. It's the only place in Sydney where you can get wine on tap and has a strong focus on sustainability across the shop offering. With this in mind, the rosés displayed at Rosé Days, won’t be your average summer water.

• ² Frenchies Pink Dinner 6.30pm onwards. Frenchies Bistro and Brewery is presenting a Four-Course set menu matched with drinks that epitomise everything that is Pink. Along with a Pink greeting cocktail prepared by friends and neighbours Archie Rose Distilling Co., the chefs will be preparing four unique dishes inspired by the colour pink, all matched by the newly released Oceanna's Raspberry Saison and three Rosé wines.
