About Welcome to the Woods Dinner Series | Episode 9: Wildly Sour About It
Do you love sours and wild-ferment beers? Then this is the event for you!
We’ve sourced our favourite funky brews from near and far from breweries including Upright, Molly Rose, Wildflower, Black Arts, Alesong, pFriem, McLeods, Future Mountain and Wolves & People. Our Head Chef and craft beer nerd extraordinaire Paul Kasten has hand selected each beer and will be matching 8 tasty beers to 6 moreish courses.
We’ll also have extra beers available for purchase both on tap and in bottle/can
Hosted by the amazing Lindsy Greig (Cicerone, Brewer, and craft beer connoisseur)!
Doors open at 6pm with snacks and your first two beers on arrival – there’ll be a chance to mingle, chat with special guests, and sneak in a few extra beers.
First sit-down course will be served at 7pm sharp and we are aiming to have everything wrapped up 10.00pm.
Tables will be communal. If you are purchasing tickets in different groups please e-mail hayden_george@thewoodlands.com.au and let him know which ticket groups need to sit together and we will be able to accommodate you.
Please note: Vegetarian option available. Other dietary requests accommodated as best we can.
There is no disabled access to our upstairs dining room.
