The event is a highlight on the Easter calendar bringing joy to many Victorians and this year is set to provide a magical day out for families and friends.

Children aged 1 to 13 can take part in one of the many egg hunts throughout the day, make Easter gifts at the Arts and Crafts tent and will be able to visit the carnival area complete with face painting and sack races, Egg and Spoon racing and lots more. The lovely Easter Bunny is excited to meet and greet families and entertain the crowd this year!

A great day out for families, the Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt donates all proceeds from the event to the Monash Children's Hospital that benefits children and their families.

Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt Terms and Conditions

By attending the Cranbourne Easter egg hunt you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the city of Casey’s rules and regulations.

Egg Hunt
1.  By purchasing a ticket for a child to participate in this event, you acknowledge The Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt team are not responsible for allergies the participant may have.
2.  Prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are $15 which includes a bucket and a wristband for entry (most activities and market products encure their own cost.) Limited tickets sales of cash only are available on the day.
3.  We are not able to confirm your attendance until full payment has been received and payment has cleared by Saturday 21st March 2015. Visa and Mastercard payments will be acceptable via Ticketebo prior to Saturday the 21st 2015.
4.  Confirmation of your registration will be issued by Ticketebo when full payment is made. Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt Volunteers has a record of all confirmed orders of participants who paid before the day. If you have pre ordered tickets but have failed to pay before the 21st of March your ticket is invalid. If this is the case and you still wish to have this child/ren participate you will be required to buy a ticket on the day at a cost of $15. There are limited tickets on the day and no guarantee of availability.
5.  No refunds will be given once tickets are booked and payment is made, this includes if participants arrive late to the event
6.  All participants in the egg hunt must be between the ages of 1-13 years old.
7.  All participants must have an Egg Hunt ticket provided by Ticketebo.
8.  All participants may only enter one egg hunt, determined by their age at their last birthday.
9.  Tickets must be purchased by parent, legal guardian or person responsible for the child/ren entering the hunt.
10. Children aged 1-5 years old may be accompanied by an adult in the Egg arena. The accompanying adult may hold the bucket and coach the child. The accompanying adult may NOT pick up eggs for the child/ren. If the accompanying adult is seen doing this, them and their child/ren will be asked to leave the egg arena and the money for this event will not be refunded.
11. All participants in the egg hunt will be issued with a wristband when registering and the information tent. This wristband allows the participant entry into the egg hunt assigned to the participant according to age and number of children in that hunt.
12. Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt Volunteers reserves the right to amend or cancel any event or event times/dates. This includes changes to venue.
13. In registering for the Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt, delegates grant permission to Cranbourne Easter egg hunt volunteers, its agents and others working under its authority to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotion, news, online/multimedia/research and/or education purposes by The Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to re-emimbursement, residential, royalties or any other payment from the Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt team in respect of their image/likeness or its use.

 General Terms and conditions
1.  The Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt is an outdoor event with a large number of attendees. By entering this event patrons are responsible for making themselves aware of the rules/regulations.
2.  As this event is an outdoor event the team running the Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt take no responsibility for weather related incidents.
3.  Access to seating and shade may also vary.
4.  The Cranbourne Easter Egg hunt Volunteers reserve the right to remove/ refuse entrance.
5.  All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
6.  General public must NOT:
    - Enter fenced areas without permission from a Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt volunteer.
    - Damage and property/item/part of Lawson Poole reserve.
    - Act in a disruptive manner towards Cranbourne Easter Egg volunteers unless an emergency or incident has occurred.
    - Deliberately Hinder/obstruct or interfere with any activity or to affect the safety of the public.
    - Use racist, indecent or obscene language, this includes threatening and insulting behaviours.
    - Busk or conduct similar behaviour’s.
    - Become intoxicated or affected by drugs.
    - Refuse any request by the Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt volunteers which is reasonable.
    - Smoking within the grounds of Lawson Poole reserve.
7.  We, the Cranbourne Easter Egg Hunt Volunteers reserve the right to change the venue/date of event if weather is bad, all pre-paid participants will be notified before event takes place.
8.  Members of the community take full responsibility for their safety and personal possessions.
9.  Parents/guardians take full responsibility for their child/ren and their actions.
