10.00am: Sparkling Wines - Taste & Talk with Cofield Wines

11.00am: Portuguese Varieties Masterclass with Stanton & Killeen
Discover the diverse flavours of our alternative varieties in our Portuguese Masterclass with Wendy Killeen. A guided tasting of our Sparkling Tempranillo, Arinto, Alvarinho, Reserve Tinta Roriz, The Prince Iberian Blend & Vintage Fortified. 

12.00pm: Marvellous Muscat of Rutherglen with Pfeiffer Wines
Full classification tasting of Pfeiffer Rutherglen, Classic Rutherglen, Grand Rutherglen and Rare Rutherglen Muscat with Chris Pfieffer.

2.00pm: Marsanne - From Rhone to Rutherglen with Valhalla Wines
An exploration of the flavours and development of Marsanne with Anton Therkildson. 

3.00pm: Experimenting with Durif - From green stalks to gold medals with Scion
Explore how Durif can perform in exciting and versatile ways when guided by a precision viticulture coupled with the creative winemaking vision of Rowly Milhinch. 

4.00pm: Towards Perfection with Buller Wines
Dave Whyte our winemaker guides participants through a journey of muscat from 5 years old to 50 year old perfection.
