8 Australians take their own life every day due to mental health illnesses.

Only 15% of males get help for their mental health meaning a whopping 85% of males are suffering alone.
45% of Australians will suffer from a mental illness at some point in their life and you may look at someone and think they’re fine but inside they’re struggling.

We want to break the stigma behind mental health and say it’s ok to feel like shit but it’s not ok to struggle alone.
We are hosting a massive night of DJs at the Alexandra Hotel Leura to raise as much money as we can for beyond blue.
