About All Abilities Cheer and Dance End of Year Concert – WE ARE GOLDEN
Tickets $25 + GST + booking fee
You're invited to share the love of the arts in dance and cheer with All Abilities Cheer and Dance's 2025 end of year concert - ‘WE ARE GOLDEN’.
All Abilities Cheer and Dance (AACD) is dedicated to bringing together people with disabilities, to express themselves through the fun and creative world of cheerleading and dance.
AACD offer weekly recreational and competition cheerleading and dance classes around Adelaide for all ages.
Since opening in July 2020, their inclusive classes have engaged and inspired students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, Epilepsy, sensory processing disorder, hearing and vision impairments, Acquired Brain Injury, ADHD, and many other disabilities.
Their classes allow students to experience the same great social, physical, and emotional benefits that neuro-typical students would gain; for example: building balance and proprioception, spatial awareness, visual stabilisation, memory, musicality, teamwork, self-confidence and communication skills, all while making friends.
Participating in a cheer and dance team environment creates unity, inspires cohesivity, and brings people together as a distinguishable group striving for a common goal. This kind of social role valorisation is in demand and achieved in and out of the classroom.
The team hope to see you all on November 7 at the Golden Grove Rec & Arts Centre to share their celebrations for the end of 2025!
Important Information
• Public parking is available. As this is a disability-focused event, access parking is first in, first served. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• As we have a lot of overhead expenses, Companion Cards will not be accepted for audience tickets. We thank you for your understanding and support.
• Children 3yrs & under are free provided they are sitting on an adult / guardian's lap.
• You can note any access requirements when purchasing online. If you have any additional questions regarding disability access, please contact Mrs Alana directly via email support@allabilitiescheeranddance.com
PLEASE NOTE:
During the evening show, there is physically not enough room backstage for 1:1 participant/support worker ratio. Therefore, All Abilities staff will be providing 1:4 group support backstage to participants who don't need 1:1 support pre & during the show (5pm - 8pm only). This can be claimed from Core 04_102_0136_6_1 Group Activities - Standard - Weekday Daytime @ $17.55/hour. This fee aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26. This does not apply to the Tuesday Junior class dancers. The Tuesday Junior class dancers must have a guardian with them at all times. We will reserve the front row of the audience to watch their routines but when they're not on stage, you must be backstage with them.
