About Flow for a Cause

Yoga Australia would like to invite you for a morning of stretch and connection. lululemon will be rolling out 200 yoga mats for you to enjoy an outdoor yoga flow and meditation outside of the Melbourne Convention Centre on Saturday, March 16th.This will be lead by Sarah Metzger, lululemon ambassador and studio owner of Here Yoga.

The one hour Flow will kick off at 11am followed by a 30min meditation. We’d encourage you to get there about 10:30am. Post yoga, there will be space for you to connect and nourish (raw treats and kombucha to be provided) with your neighbours.

Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary. We've got you covered for mats. Please bring a water bottle.

All proceeds will go to the Royal Children’s Hospital. Shout out to Yoga Australia, lululemon and Kaya Health Clubs for their support in bringing this event to life.
