About ADMIS Biennial Conference 2022

We are pleased to launch the 2022 ADMIS Biennial Conference and Trade Show to be held at Rydges Geelong.

Over two days delegates will hear from various speakers and enjoy a trade show from various sponsors.

There is also ample opportunity to meet and chat with our sponsors at the Trade Show and discover exciting new products and services that they have to offer.

There are plenty of attendance options for our delegates;

Opt for the Full Conference Package which includes accommodation and the conference dinner where you can network with fellow Directors of Music or just come along for the day or two days without accommodation and dinner.

Spaces are limited so ensure that you register early to secure your place.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS (ADMIS Members Only)

Full Conference Single Room, $545.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Thursday and Friday Conference with Single Room Accommodation. Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, predinner drinks and Conference Dinner. Friday - breakfast; morning tea and lunch.

Full Conference Twin Room*, $425.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Thursday and Friday Conference with Twin Room Accommodation. Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, predinner drinks and Conference Dinner. Friday - breakfast; morning tea and lunch. 

*Must have someone to share with upon registration or you will be billed the difference to upgrade to a single room package.

Conference 1 Day (Thursday), $195.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Thursday Conference. Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Conference 1 Day (Friday), $165.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Friday Conference. Catering: Friday - morning tea and lunch.

Conference 2 Days (Thursday/Friday) & Conference Dinner, $400.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Thursday and Friday Conference. Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, predinner drinks and Conference Dinner. Friday - morning tea and lunch. Excludes: Accommodation and breakfast.

Conference 2 Days (Thursday/Friday), $320.00 – Open to ADMIS Members. Includes: Thursday and Friday Conference. Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea. Friday - morning tea and lunch. Excludes: Accommodation, predinner drinks, Conference Dinner and breakfast. 

Registration Options and Pricing (Life Members Only)

Life Members may attend both Thursday and Friday Conference without charge

Two Day Conference (Thursday and Friday) - Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Friday - morning tea and lunch.

One Day Conference (Thursday) - Catering: Thursday - morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

One Day Conference (Friday) - Catering: Friday - morning tea and lunch.

Conference Dinner (Thursday) $85.00  - Includes Predinner drinks and Conference Dinner.

Parking & Directions

Rydges Geelong is ideally located in the heart of the Geelong CBD, moments from popular shopping and business centres, a short walk from the Eastern Beach waterfront and only 20 minutes from Avalon Airport.

AIRPORTS (EXT 9)

Melbourne Airport is located at Tullamarine, 1.5 hours drive from our Hotel (in good traffic). Avalon airport is located in Avalon 0.5 hours away and 0.75 hours in peak traffic

Gull Bus Lines operate a shuttle service to Melbourne Airport with regular pickups nearby. Avalon Airport shuttle operates a service to Avalon.

CAR PARK (EXT 9)

Limited car parking is available at the rear of the hotel and can be accessed from Gheringhap street. There is a fee per 24 hours which can be billed to your guest account. Exit passes are available from reception.
