About AASCF NSW Winterfest Cheer & Dance Championships 2021

TICKETS MUST BE PRE-PURCHASED, THERE WILL BE NO DOOR SALES AT THE EVENT. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PURCHASE A TICKET, WITH 0-5yrs FREE OF CHARGE. Note infants under 1yr do not require a ticket.

What classifies as a spectator?

As per Government COVID safe guidelines for our event any person aged 1 year and above count in the spectator numbers.

Tickets are limited to only TWO spectators persons per registered athlete.

Whilst each athlete can have 2 x spectators purchase tickets for any session, in order for the system to calculate the multiple session discounts EACH spectator must place their own ticket order separately.

IF YOU NEED TO PURCHASE 2 TICKETS FOR A SESSION
(eg Mum and Dad – Mum will order her session tickets and then Dad will need to order separately his corresponding session tickets), YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER.


When purchasing more than 1 session in the same transaction, your first session is $15 and each addiitonal session is $5. The discount will automatically be applied on the checkout page.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, each session is capped and all patrons will be required to exit the venue at the end of each session. You will be issued a ticket per session which will be scanned at entry for each session.


Team Registration & Doors Open from 3:30pm on Friday 11 June and from 7:00am Saturday 12 June & Sunday 13 June.

Each competition season, you spend countless hours preparing your squad, practicing your skills and perfecting your routine. We want you to know - we're working just as hard on our events as you are on your routines. You deserve the best competition experience out there...and our staff want to give it to you with the AASCF NSW Winterfest Cheer & Dance Championships 2021!


COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Please maintaining physical distancing requirements at all times
- Please download the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 App prior to attending the event

Do Not Attend the event if:
i.  You have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19
ii.  You are positive for COVID-19
iii. You have travelled overseas or to a declared COVID-19 Hotspot in the previous 14 days

If you are feeling unwell, stay home and seek medical advice.

If you are unwell tickets are fully transferable if you wish to pass your ticket to someone else to use on the day. Please email support@ticketebo.com.au to update the attendee details.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, and have no one else to attend in your place, please email refunds@ticketebo.com.au to request a refund. Please note the refund will be subject to a refund processing fee.

You will be required to socially distance whilst within the venue and leave the venue at the conclusion of each session.
