ATHLETES ARE PROVIDED SEATING IN THE DESIGNATED ATHLETE AREA.

Every other row of the venue is being left empty to allow for increased social distancing.

ANY ATHLETE WHO WISHES TO SIT WITH THEIR SPECTATOR/SPECTATOR GROUP MAY SIT IN THE SEATS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEIR SPECTATOR/SPECTATOR GROUP'S ALLOCATED SEAT/S.



Each competition season, you spend countless hours preparing your squad, practicing your skills and perfecting your routine. We want you to know - we're working just as hard on our events as you are on your routines. You deserve the best competition experience out there...and our staff want to give it to you with the AASCF QLD Spring Carnival 2021!

TEAM REGISTRATION & DOORS OPEN at 7:30am daily

Please Note: No Commercial purchased food & drink to be brought into the venue.


TICKETING NOTES

• RESERVED (ALLOCATED) SEATING APPLIES TO THIS EVENT. Seat allocations are assigned on completion of your order on a next best available seat allocation basis. Families/Groups should buy their tickets in one transaction to ensure that their group is allocated seating together.

Children under 6yrs are free provided they are seated on parent/guardian lap in parent/guardian's allocated seat.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

- Please maintaining physical distancing requirements at all times
- Please download the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 App prior to attending the event
-You will be required to exit the competition arena at the end of each session and line up and scan in for the next session.


Do Not Attend the event if:
i.  You have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19
ii.  You are positive for COVID-19
iii. You have travelled overseas or to a declared COVID-19 Hotspot in the previous 14 days

If you are feeling unwell, stay home and seek medical advice.

If you are unwell tickets are fully transferable if you wish to pass your ticket to someone else to use on the day. Please email support@ticketebo.com.au to update the attendee details.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, and have no one else to attend in your place, please email refunds@ticketebo.com.au to request a refund. Please note the refund will be subject to a refund processing fee.

IMPORTANT: Due to the configuration of seating per row at this venue, tickets per order are restricted to 20 tickets per order. However there is no limit to the number of tickets each family/group can purchase for this event. Therefore, if your group size is larger than 20 you will need to place an additional order. Eg. total group size is 24, so you will need to place 2 orders of 12 + 12 or 20 + 4 (whichever suits your group best).
