Intimate, Social, Feast. This menu style sets the tone perfectly for any celebration, with a simple elegant take on family style dining. The focus is on large cuts of meat or whole sides of fish that are served on central platters for guests to share. No better way to make friends than over a simple, fresh shared meal.
Each table of guests can indulge in 2 different main options which are complimented by 2 sides that spread the table. The sharing of food is a simple effective way to encourage mingling.
To create a complete experience add a shared entree to your selections.
Proving popular among wedding clients who wish to indulge and introduce their friends over food, this can also work for an intimate dinner of friends or business people with the view to strengthen bonds.
The event will begin with 3 canapes, antipasto (NB: due to the current climate a shared grazing table will not be set up, instead a small board for you to share with your party will be offered) followed by 1 banquet entree, 3 mains, salad & bread (NB: the banquet items will be shown in the full form as they would normally be served & then taken to the kitchen to be broken down into suitable size portions for each group to ensure no sharing between unknown groups), dessert canapes served with tea & coffee will complete the service. All items will be chefs selections and chosen from the current menu.
On arrival all guests will be required to register their attendance and confirm they do not have any flu like symptoms, feel unwell, have a temperature or have been overseas in the past 2 weeks. Please arrive at our location as close as possible to the start time of your event.
