Choose a glass to enjoy as you take a guided tour of the 3-acre gardens with owner and gardener Helen. The gardens were started in 1980 from paddocks and now have a number of areas separated by walls, plants or other structures. It has a mixture of plants from across the world, with mature tree specimens, a wide range of fruit trees and extensive hedge and camellia plantings. The orchard, vegetable gardens, beehive, chook run, and vineyard all contribute to the owners’ enjoyment of producing food and wine.

Starting at the Cellar Door, Helen will take you on an extensive tour of the Caroline Hills 3 acre large country gardens, with a glass of wine or a mocktail in hand and lead you back to the Cellar Door to enjoy a platter. Ask questions, enjoy the diversity of plantings, and perhaps find some ideas (and a plant or two) for your patch.
