Geelong Design Week is a 10-day community event celebrating Geelong’s global recognition as Australia’s only UNESCO Creative City of Design. The 2022 program theme ‘TAUR’ (meanining belonging in local Wadawurrung language) presents a dynamic suite of events that will showcase how design can respond to our need to belong, how we are creating places and environments accessible to all and how staying connected keeps us safe and promotes a better quality of life. In Wadawurrung language, we are one with our country, we are all connected.

With a rich program of 60 events, Geelong Design Week will showcase the talents, capabilities, expertise, and ideas of Geelong’s many local designers, artists, creatives, educators, and industry professionals across a variety of disciplines.
