About Toowoomba Anglican School Colour Blast
Get excited!! Colour Blast is coming to Toowoomba Anglican School! This colourfully fun event is open to current students, past students, staff, siblings, family members, friends, and school supporters.
Boasting 5 Colour Stations, 2 obstacles,1 Foam Station (BUBBLES) and a bucket load of FUN!
You can walk, jog, run or even crawl. It’s completely self-paced and non-competitive.
On top of the event you will receive the following items in your race pack:

RACE PACK COLLECTION:
All race packs can be collected between 2:00 pm to 5.00 pm on Friday 4th of November 2022 at Toowoomba Anglican School.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TICKETING & ENTRY CONDITIONS
- All participants must have a valid ticket to access the event.
- This is an all-ages event. The event organisers do not recommend that young children be left unattended during this event.
- Carers accompanying a disabled or restricted mobility person will be admitted free in the company of the ticket-holding person they are caring for. This is valid for one carer per person. Carers will receive a free race pack when showing a companion card at the race pack collection.
- Every person entering the event will receive a race pack, if your wristband is not shown for any reason, you will be asked to show your band or be removed from the event.
FAQ's:
WHAT IF WE CANNOT COLLECT OUR RACE PACK ON FRIDAY?
- Try organising a friend to collect your pack for you. They will require a screenshot or copy of your ticket (digital or hard copy – either is fine).
- We have a limited number of race pack collection spaces available before the event. Event day race pack collection is by ARRANGEMENT only. This offer is mainly for those who are travelling to our event from afar. The line-ups on Saturday can be quite large so to make sure you can start on time and get as colourful as you can, please collect on Friday.

If you have ordered extras online (E.g. – Tutu, Cap, Shirt or Colour Pouches etc) these will be added to your pack upon collection.
- You can purchase any Colour Frenzy/Colour Blast merchandise from the race pack collection stall.
ARE SHIRTS INCLUDED IN THE RACE PACKS?
- Colour Frenzy / Colour Blast T-shirts are optional extras and not included in the race pack / ticket.

WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT?
- Alcohol, this is an alcohol-free event.
- Glass - this includes glasses, bottles, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass.
- Bikes, Scooters or any wheeled type vehicle/accessory that is not controlled by an adult.
- Animals
WHAT IS PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT?
- Non-alcoholic drinks - this includes juice, soft drinks, sports drinks.
- Snacks and Food.
- Prams, push trikes, wagons or carts that are handled / controlled by an adult are permitted.
IS THERE EFTPOS AT THE EVENT?
- Yes. Please see our registration tent should you wish to purchase additional merchandise (unless sold out prior)
IS FIRST AID AVAILABLE?
- There will be trained First Aid personnel on site, see the registration tent or a Colour Frenzy / Colour Blast crew member should you require assistance.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
- In the event of scattered showers or light rain, the event will still go ahead.
- In the event of potentially dangerous weather, the event will be rescheduled to another date. Potentially dangerous weather events include, but are not limited to heavy rain, storms, thunder, lightning, flooding, wildfires, or other large scale natural disasters.
The rescheduled date will be advised to ticket holders within an acceptable amount of time after the cancellation.
Should the ticket holder be unable to attend the rescheduled event date, the ticket holder may transfer their ticket to another person or transfer to a future event date.
- In the event of a weather incident, the decision to postpone the event may be made before or on the event day. Should there be inclement weather, patrons are encouraged to stay up to date on the Facebook event prior to their departure. Should there be any, our team will post information regarding any relevant wet weather arrangements.
LOST PROPERTY
- Any lost property should be handed in to our crew at the registration tent. Lost property is kept for three days post event date. Dependant on the item that is lost, any unclaimed lost property will either be disposed of, donated to charity or handed in to the local police station.
CAN MISPLACED TICKETS BE REPLACED?
- Yes! First try searching your email account for a copy of your tickets. If you are still unable to locate your tickets, contact Ticketebo on 1800 381 939 or service@ticketebo.com.au to request the reissuing of your purchased tickets.
- We can also validate tickets by matching photo id to the ticket purchasers name listed on on our system.
CAN TICKETS BE SHOWN ON SMARTPHONES?
-Yes! Ticket purchasers are not required to print their tickets. We can validate tickets shown on a smart phone or tablet.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
- Tickets are transferrable, not refundable. We do not offer refunds of any kind on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend the event or if the event is rescheduled, tickets can be transferred to another date or another person.
- Should you choose to transfer your tickets to another person, you are not required to complete an official name change. The holder of the barcoded ticket will submit the ticket at race pack collection and receive the race pack or merchandise allocated to that ticket.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a race pack and participating in the Colour Frenzy / Colour Blast event you agree to the terms and conditions of the event, irrespective of the ticket not being in your name.
