CPS P&C Outdoor Movie Night on the Oval

EVENT NOTES:Who can attend?
This is a family-friendly community event, open to Cherrybrook Public School families, friends, and the wider Cherrybrook community.

Please note: Even though the event is held on school grounds, all attendees under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (parent, carer, grandparent) at all times.


Will there be supervision during the event?
Yes – there will be parent volunteers marshalling throughout the event to help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable night.

Please note: Parent volunteers are not responsible for supervising children. This is not a drop-off event – all attendees under 18 must remain under the direct supervision of their parent, carer, or grandparent at all times, and cannot be dropped off and picked up later.

IMPORTANT

Entry may be refused to anyone attending under the age of 18 years old without an adult/parent/grandparent.


What should I bring?
Bring along:
- Picnic blankets, cushions or low chairs
- Warm clothing or blankets (it can get chilly in the evening)
- Your family and friends!

Please note:

- Low seating only so everyone can enjoy the view
- Low seating chairs can only be set up in designated areas


Are there any prohibited items?
Yes – to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment, the following are strictly not permitted:
- Alcohol
- Smoking or vaping
- Pets.

Should the event be cancelled due to weather, tickets will be refunded in full by Ticketebo
