Join celebrated contemporary folk and world music artists for a weekend of joyful musical encounters in the forested gold rush town of Creswick, nestled between Daylesford and Ballarat.
Creswick’s venues are the perfect size for an intimate musical experience, but it does mean we have limited capacity. We wouldn’t want you to spend too much time queuing, or to miss out on a favourite act, which is why we’ve introduced Special Event tickets in addition to Festival Passes.
Your Festival Pass is your main ticket to enter CresFest 2022, giving you access to many concerts, films, talks, showcases and workshops across the weekend. To give yourself the best CresFest experience possible, we recommend you also purchase Special Event tickets which are your way to guarantee a seat to see some of our fabulous headline artists and join in on community dance and singing events.
There’ll be chances to perform and participate across the festival: Blackboard concerts, pub sessions in different genres; a family bush dance, a buskers' competition, a youth stage; music and dance workshops for all-ages, instrumental, singing, songwriting and dance workshops, a locals talent quest, and more. Plus don't miss our Brass and Bollywood Extravaganza on Sunday, led by Parvyn Singh with the Sapphire Bollywood Ensemble.
