About DGC GymFun Colour Explosion
Darwin Gymnastic Club is excited to announce an upcoming community event, open day and fundraiser; including displays, an opportunity to attend a come and try session followed by our GymFun Colour Explosion!
Our club’s open day is free to spectators, with gymnasts across our Acro, Men’s and Women’s Artistic, Tumble and Rhythmic programs performing their abilities in a jampacked half hour of displays!
Following these displays, some of our coaches and gymnasts will take interested children aged 5-15 through a 30minute gymnastic come and try session, while the rest of our staff prepare our halls surrounding grass fields for our GymFun Colour Explosion!
What is the GymFun Colour Explosion:
Well, we will not reveal all our surprises, but it is a ticketed event, where gymnasts and non-gymnasts will be taken through a series of challenges, races and obstacles, many of which will have participants covered in colour explosions!
Not to reveal them all, here are few to be prepared for:
- Sprints, Tumbles and Animal Walk Races!
- Water Slide
- Ninja Warrior/Parkour course
- Partner/Team Building: obstacle races and carnival activities
