To celebrate our 10th year of dance we wanted something extra special. We hope that an afternoon amongst the trees of the Wadandi land in which we dance upon will be a celebration of friends and family coming together.

The kitchen will be open from 3pm-7pm for any of your hot chip or pizza needs. A full menu will be advertised on signage around the winery. 

Our concert this year has allocated seating. We will have six different seating sections to choose from. If you don’t get a sore back or bottom can sit close to the stage with picnic blankets or bean bags provided by yourself or you can sit in the next section back in a seat provided by us.  

Having scanned your tickets, you will be shown to your allocated section. Once there you can sit anywhere in your designated section. If you wish to sit with friends or family, please ensure you all buy tickets in the same section. 

Tickets will not be available last minute or on the door. We hire in each chair for our guests therefore we need time to accommodate you. 

 The weather can be unpredictable however, we do have a rainy weather back up plan. For extra sunny weather we recommend a sun hat and suncream. 

Our students will be dropped off at 3pm to get dressed and warm up their bodies. 

During this time, you can go enjoy a drink at the bar while you wait for the doors to open and then find your seat at 3.45pm. 

We will have a part of our concert for the parents/ grandparents to get up and do their best dancing. We want dads, mums, or grandies doing their best improvision session.  A song will play for 30 seconds, and you must just move to the music in your most creative way. There will be a prize in it for you so get practising. 

We are looking for helpers backstage. If you wish to help and you have a working with children check we would love for you to get in contact with us asap. 

If you are not registered to work with children we do have other front of house duties you can put your hand up for. Parents helping run our show do not have to buy a ticket. However, you still do get to enjoy your child’s performance. We need plenty of notice if you do wish to put your hand up to help. So reach out to Catie 0433366167. 

Also a friendly reminder to our dance students we have a rehearsal on the Sunday before the concert at 10-12 on the 27th of October.
