162nd Edenhope P&A Show

About 162nd Edenhope P&A Show

Established in 1862, the Edenhope Pastoral and Agricultural Society Inc. is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting agriculture, supporting rural communities, and preserving the traditions of agricultural shows in Western Victoria.

The Society organises the annual Edenhope Show, attracting more than 800 visitors each year.

The event showcases agriculture, livestock, equestrian competitions, shearing, horticulture, arts, crafts, photography, trade exhibits, educational displays, and family entertainment, providing valuable economic and social benefits to the region.

Beyond the annual show, the Society manages the Edenhope Showgrounds as a community facility used by a wide range of local organisations and events throughout the year. Working alongside schools, community groups, emergency services, businesses, and environmental organisations, the Society fosters collaboration, education, volunteerism, and community wellbeing.

Supported by more than 100 volunteers, the Society plays a vital role in celebrating rural heritage, encouraging youth participation, strengthening community connections, and promoting the sustainability of agriculture and regional communities for future generations.
