In January 2027, a group of talented and dedicated Under 12 footballers from Felizzi Football Academy will embark on the football experience of a lifetime; travelling to Japan for 13 days of elite football, cultural immersion, and personal development.

These young athletes have been selected to tour Japan with Felizzi Football Academy, proudly representing Australia through the academy while competing against some of Japan's leading JDL football teams. Widely respected for its technical excellence, discipline, teamwork, and player development pathways, Japanese football is regarded as one of the best youth development systems in the world. The opportunity to train and play within this environment will provide invaluable learning experiences both on and off the field.

Throughout the tour, players will train with experienced Japanese coaches, compete in high-quality matches, and gain firsthand exposure to a football culture that has helped produce some of Asia's most successful players and teams. Beyond football, the tour will allow the children to experience Japanese culture, build independence, create lifelong friendships, and develop skills that extend far beyond the game itself.

Behind every young player is a family making significant sacrifices to help make this dream a reality. Throughout the coming months, our players and families will be working hard to raise funds to help offset the costs associated with travel, accommodation, tournament fees, and training opportunities.
