Waiver of Liability for Ticket Buyers

Event: 2026 Finley Apex Ricestrippers Ball  
Location: Finley Sporting Complex  

By purchasing a ticket to the 2026 Finley Apex Ricestrippers Ball and accessing the Finley Sporting Complex camping area and ball area (collectively, the "Venue"), you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Ticket Holder acknowledges that attending the Event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, trauma, or property damage that may result from accidents, acts of other persons, fire, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Ticket Holder assumes all risks associated with attending the Event.<

2. Release of Liability: The Ticket Holder hereby releases, waives, and discharges Finley Apex organisers and committee, their affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Organisers") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to any injury, trauma, or damages sustained by the Ticket Holder while attending the Event or while on the Venue premises.

3. Indemnification: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, incurred by the Organizers as a result of any claims made by the Ticket Holder or any third party arising from the Ticket Holder's participation in the Event.

4. Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing this ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read and understood this waiver, and that they are voluntarily agreeing to the terms contained herein. The Ticket Holder further affirms that they are of legal age to give this waiver or, if not should not be attending this event.

5. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held.
