About GROOVE with Stellina 7.15pm Thursdays, Beecroft

Community GROOVE class in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs every Thursday. GROOVE is the simplest dance fitness session you'll find. The moves are easy to follow and all you need to do is dance like no one's watching. No experience necessary. No one cares what you look like. Just be you and dance your heart out to great music!

BYO yoga mat, hand towel, hand sanitiser and water bottle.


Wear comfortable clothes you can move in: leggings and t-shirt, activewear or flowy clothing. Dance barefoot or in runners.


Free street parking.


Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people (please email stellina.groove@gmail.com with details of ticket transfer.)
