Free Community Information Session
A panel of Aged Care specialist guest speakers will provide key information to assist you in preparing to navigate your own, or your loved ones, journey through the Aged Care system.
Information and advice for planning ahead will include the following:
Home Care Packages, assessing options, searching for services – in home care & residential care, understanding & covering costs, estate planning and property management.
Following the presentations, afternoon tea will be offered with an opportunity for a Q&A session with the panel of speakers.
