About Women’s 6 Weeks Krav Maga Course
Our Women's Only Wednesday course is designed to address issues and problems that are more specific to women's experiences. We'll cover topics ranging from situational awareness, boundaries and prevention, through to combative skills and defending common attacks. Our goal is to empower women with both skills and knowledge in a friendly, fun, and supportive environment.
