Darwin ladies! Have you ever wanted to try physical self defence training and wondered where to begin?

Krav Maga Darwin is offering a women’s only seminar on Sunday 15th of March to give you a taste of Krav Maga training with a healthy dose of fun.

Discover what you’re capable of with training that will challenge your mind and body. We’ll cover foundational defences and strikes that are versatile and easy to learn. We’ll also explore how these elements may be applied in context.

This is a beginner-friendly seminar with a female instructor team - and air conditioning. It is also a safe space to ask questions or have a chat to us afterwards.

With light refreshments provided.
