- Friday 19th September, 2025: Gates Open 3pm at Tailfalos Park, Robert Johnstone Parade.
PLEASE NOTE - ONLINE REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER, 2025 AT 6PM. ALL LATE NOMINATIONS TAKEN ONSITE ON FRIDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2025 WILL INCUR A $10 NOMINATIONS LATE FEE
- Saturday 20th September, 2025 - Lines in from 6am. Weigh In Tent Closes at 5pm SHARP.
- Sunday 21st September, 2025 - Lines in from 6am. Weigh In Tent Closes at 2pm SHARP. You MUST be in line no later than 2pm to qualify for Weigh In.

Rules / Species for the Series & Weekend RunDown will commence at 7pm Friday Night 19th September, 2025 with our favourite MC - Scotty Hillier.
