Fundraising Purpose
The Colour Blast Extravaganza is a fundraising event for Lithgow PCYC. All funds raised go toward supporting local youth programs and activities.
Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or inability to attend. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another participant or returned to Lithgow PCYC for resale. If transferred, the new participant must provide the original ticket or be registered with PCYC staff before the event.
Weather Policy
The event will go ahead in most weather conditions. However, if severe weather poses a risk to safety, PCYC reserves the right to postpone the Colour Run. A rescheduled date will be announced, and tickets will automatically carry over. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related postponement.
Lost Tickets
Lost or misplaced tickets are not the responsibility of PCYC. Please keep your ticket confirmation safe. We recommend having a digital or printed copy with you on the day.

Tickets are sold via Ticketebo. Your purchase is also subject to their terms and conditions available at www.ticketebo.com.au.
Participant Health & Safety
All participants enter the event at their own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. PCYC accepts no liability for injuries sustained during the event.
Colour Powder Use
The powder used is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for skin and eyes. However, we recommend that participants with asthma or respiratory conditions wear a mask or avoid areas with heavy powder.
Clothing & Personal Items
Wear old clothes you don't mind getting messy! Colour powder may stain. PCYC is not responsible for damage to personal property, including clothing, eyewear, and electronics.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used by PCYC for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member on the day.
Parental Supervision & Participation
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants (including children) must have a valid ticket.
Code of Conduct
This is a family-friendly, inclusive event. Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. PCYC staff may ask anyone who breaches this code to leave the premises without a refund.
