About The Resilience Project | TEACHER SEMINAR

The Resilience Project has partnered with over 1,000 schools around the country, teaching simple and practical mental health strategies.

In this teacher seminar, Hugh van Cuylenburg and Martin Heppell will walk you through their journeys and tell stories of the incredible people who have inspired them - and The Resilience Project - to spread happiness.

You’ll also be provided with practical strategies to look after your own wellbeing along with learning activities, resources and tips that will empower you to improve your students’ mental health.

If you’re a secondary, primary or early childhood educator, who is new to teaching The Resilience Project curriculum, in need of a refresher or eager to build resilience at your school - this seminar is for you.
