About 2026 LUSC Family Fishing Bonanza

The LUSC Family Fishing “Bonanza” is a Family Friendly event that runs over 3 days on the 2nd 3rd & 4th of January 2026.

The event has more than $8,000.00 in Cash and Prizes up for grabs and caters for all anglers of all abilities. Basically you only have to be in it to win it!

Fish must be caught between 6:00am Friday 2nd and 12 noon Sunday 4th of January. All fish to be Gilled, Gutted and be kept on ice. Each competitor only needs to bring one fish of each species caught, their biggest one.

Entries close 12 noon Saturday 3rd January (Strictly no late entries)

Entries are $10 for Adults and $5 for juniors (Under 16 years of age on 4th Jan 2026) Family Inc 2 Adults and 3 Kids under 16 is $25.00

The weigh in is held at the rear of the Laurieton United Serviceman’s Club Seymour St Laurieton Sunday 4th of January at 1:00 pm so don’t be late as you might miss out! Try to be there at least 30 minutes prior.
