This Spring we're celebrating 35 years of Budburst Festival.
Join us over Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026 for a glorious weekend celebrating the exceptional cool climate wines of the Macedon Ranges, our stunning scenery and cellar doors. Over the two festival days, 25+ wineries across 15+ Budburst venues will open their doors, offering visitors the chance to taste their wines, hear their stories and learn what makes the region so special. It’s then time to relax with a fantastic range of food and entertainment options, all set against a backdrop of the stunning Macedon Ranges scenery. Budburst is accessible to all, family friendly and with easy access to the region via V-Line train services to Woodend Station where festival visitors can connect to designated Budburst Bus Routes. Alternatively, visitors can forge their own path using the Budburst Festival Passport as their guide.

The Macedon Ranges wine region is less than an hour by car or train from Melbourne’s CBD.
