About My Moon Mode - Foundations of Menstruality
Align your life, leadership, business and creative practice with your cycle.

Full scholarships are always available for First Nations Mob. Moon Mode operates on unceded Kaurna Country, with deep respect for the custodianship, wisdom and ongoing presence of First Nations peoples.
What if your cycle was not something to overcome… but something to understand?
My Moon Mode is a nourishing one-day immersive workshop for women and people who menstruate who are ready to deepen their understanding of their cyclical nature and begin living, creating and working in alignment with it.
Throughout the day we will explore:
- The four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle
- Hormones, energy, emotions and capacity
- Cycle awareness for work, leadership, business and creativity
- Burnout, rest and sustainable ways of living
- Menarche (first bleed), ancestry and the “red thread”
- How to begin, build or deepen a meaningful menstrual cycle awareness practice
- Practical tools to support cyclical living in everyday life
This is an intentionally small-group experience so the space can be held with care, depth and individualised support for each participant.
- Fully catered
- Trauma-aware and grounded facilitation
- Gentle, reflective and practical
- Limited spaces available
What women said after our most recent workshop:
“What a truly life changing experience. It’s all the stuff they should’ve taught us years ago. I’m feeling more aligned, less burnt out, less frustrated with myself, less snappy, and more focused and effective with my energy.”
“For the first time, my behaviour and moods make sense. I feel both relieved and empowered.”
“Mood Mode was everything 13-year-old me has been waiting for.”
“I felt very welcome, calm and seen.”
“A lot of self compassion and an understanding of how to work with my body and not against it.”
“Koral brought light-heartedness, humour and in-depth knowledge to the space. It felt refreshing but also very warm and connected.”
