About Penrite ProMX Championship, Presented by AMX Superstores Round 2 – HORSHAM
Horsham’s world-class motocross track will be put to the test by the nation’s best riders as Round 2 of the 2024 Penrite ProMX Championship presented by AMX Superstores heads to the venue on Sunday, April 7..
The return of national-level motocross to Horsham after a seven-year absence – and the first time under the ProMX moniker – is not only a nod to the superb facilities at the Wimmera complex but also to the challenging 1.7km layout, proudly supported from the Horsham Rural City Council.
Having hosted the 2018 FIM World Junior Motocross Championship, the north-eastern Victorian-based track is already well-known to many of the top brass in Aussie motocross, including reigning MX1 and MX2 champions Dean Ferris and Wilson Todd who both claimed maximum points when the championship last travelled to the precinct in 2017.
The action and excitement doesn’t stop on the track, with the chance to meet your favourite riders and grab a bargain in Trade Alley.
