About Sandra Pires & Quentin Eyers KI Bushfire Benefit

Euro star Sandra Pires is returning to the Mount Compass  Supper Club

All profits go to the Kangaroo Island Mayor’s Bushfire Appeal.

Last year, Sandra Pires and Quentin Eyers put on a performance in Mt Compass that has been hailed by many as the best concert there ever.

This year they have chosen to donate their services to help those impacted so badly by the recent fires in Kangaroo Island.

Sandra returns to Mt Compass to reprise last year’s show with Quentin, backed by Hot Gospel Groove Choir and special guests.

Sandra is a hugely versatile and successful performer &  will perform with Quentin Ayers a wide range of your favourite hit songs and some of Sandra's major European hits. This will cover popular rock, motown, jazz and perhaps some classic stage musical hits.

She performed in duo mode with Quentin in venues in the late 1980’s, fronted some of Adelaide’s best bands of the time, was a much in demand studio vocalist singing many of our best known jingles, and won Star Search National TV singing competition. In 1992 as a young Australian performer Sandra decided to move to Europe permanently.

Hit albums and fame followed, working with the London Symphony Orchestra, The Vienna State Opera, Beat4feet, MG Sound Studios and a successful film and stage career. In 1999 Sandra was chosen to perform solo in a live televised concert at Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate Concert to usher in the new Millennium for Germany and Europe. Sandra's stage musical productions include  performing as Maria Von Trapp  in the 2007 European Volkspor Sound of Music, Mary in Jesus Christ Super Star, Mary Poppins, the huge hit Evita - and recently singing the music of James Bond movies. Sandra wrote and recorded Top of the World - the Official Song of the 2018 UCI World Road Cycling Championship.
