Shhh! Once the social and administrative hub of the early township of Alice Springs, host to visiting dignitaries (including the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh!), the Residency will tonight become a house of reading, where several writers will give intimate readings from recent works, in honour of the quiet space of reading. Including Eunice Andrada, Lia Hills, Michael Giacometti, Leni Shilton, Ted Egan, Michelle Cahill.
