About 2024 Display Day – Movies and TV Shows | SESSION 2
Come along and join in on the fun as the gymnasts from PIT Gymnastics showcase their skills at our Display Day – 30th November 2024!
This year’s theme is Movies and TV Shows! We can’t wait to see our groups bring to life Hollywood classics or their favourite TV shows on the gym floor.
Although not compulsory, all gymnasts in each group are invited to participate at the event and will start learning their performance in Term 4.
The performances in each session at this year’s Display Day are from a variety of classes from the Competitive Squads to our youngest gymnasts in PIT a PATS. You may even be able to spot your favourite coach in action! This is an event not to be missed!
Important Ticketing Information
Please ensure that you confirm which session your child/children are performing in before purchasing tickets:
- Session 1 – 9am – 10am
- Session 2 – 10.45am – 11.45am
- Session 3 – 12.30pm – 1.30pm
- Session 4 – 2.45pm – 3.45pm
- Session 5 - 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Maximum 5x tickets per transaction per family during the first ticket release period.We apologise for any inconvenience, we wish to give all families the opportunity to purchase tickets before the second ticket release period occurs. During the second-round ticket release, unlimited tickets may be purchased by families.
Ticket sales open Monday the 4th.
- First round release – Monday the 4th November – Maximum of 5x tickets per family
- Second round release – Wednesday the 20th November – Unlimited amount of tickets can be purchased from this date if available.
PLEASE NOTE: To keep first round ticket release fair to all members, families will be contacted and have their tickets refunded if more than 5x tickets are purchased. Second round tickets will not be seated with your original purchase.
- Please note that the event has allocated seating for every session. Please refer to the arena map to find out where your seat is.
- Tickets are sold by allocation of the next best seat available. This means you are more likely to get a closer seat to the performance floor the earlier you buy your tickets. Please do not wait until the day of the display to buy your tickets. Tickets are available online only.
- If you wish to be seated together, we suggest you purchase your tickets in the one transaction.
- If all available seat tickets are sold out, there is a very limited amount of standing room tickets available for purchase. The standing area is at the back behind seated patrons.
- If all standing tickets are sold out, please note that we cannot accommodate any more spectators.
- Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people
Information for on the Day:
- Please print your ticket/s (or show on your smartphone) and present on arrival. Please be advised that due to the event setup, prams will not be permitted at the gym. Only babies and toddlers will be permitted to sit on the knees of parents. Kindly note that seating arrangement is very compact.
- Doors will open 30 minutes before each session. Performances will commence at advertised time.
- With limited parking available on site, please be prepared to park further up the street. Do not park in neighbouring factories.
