Moocooboola Festival is the premier community event in Hunters Hill, organised by Hunter's Hill Council. This year, the festival will be held on Sunday 7 September 2025 from 10am – 4pm at Boronia Park Ovals, Cnr Park and Ryde Road, Hunters Hill. Featuring rides, entertainment, displays, food stalls, a market bazaar, performances and a crowd-favourite dog show, the festival offers something for everyone.  With a nostalgic history dating back to its first staging at Hunters Hill Town Hall in 1980, the festival’s name derives from the traditional Wallumedegal term meaning the “meeting of the waters” and refers to the area where the Parramatta and Lane Cove rivers come together in Sydney. 

Ride Ticket Prices

These prices are only available online via this site. The All Day Ride Pass will cost $60 if you purchase on the day. Single ride and bundle tickets will also cost more.

The All Day Ride Pass does not include access to sideshow games. Ride passes/tickets are only valid on Planet Entertainment rides and attractions.

Minimum coupons to ride is 2 coupons for small rides and 3 coupons for large rides.
